For products purchased via official retailers & stockists, please contact that stockist directly for their return/exchange policy regarding your purchase.

Please complete the returns/exchange form included in your order. If you have misplaced this, do not worry. Please include a note with your return detailing your order number and email address for us to process your refund.

Returns –

We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.

Once the garments are received back at in our Returns and Exchange department, we will process the refund owed within 7-10 business days. Postage costs will be at you own expenses and a full refund excluding postage will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.


Exchanges –

Please review our size guide and chart prior to purchasing to ensure that you choose the correct size. We’re also happy to give you personal guidance if you contact us by email at

If you wish to exchange your order for another size, please complete the return/exchange form received with your order within 30 days of your order being dispatched. To be eligible for exchange, the item must be posted back in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

Postage of return the original item(s) will be at the customers expense, we suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for the parcel if it goes missing. We will pay to send out the exchanged item(s).


Faulty Items.

The Mumba Family Team takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, we would like you help you resolve the problem.

If you have received a product that is deemed faulty, we will honour replacements on faulty items for up to 60 days post purchase date. This excludes items on clearance or indicated as not perfect.

Please contact us at to notify us of the fault and for further information on seeking a replacement item. We will require a clear photo of the item and the item returned to assess the fault. We will cover the cost of 1st class postage to have this item sent back to us.
