30-Day Risk Free Trial – First Time Customers Only
As a first-time customer, we’d like to offer you the opportunity to try our Mumba Bra for 30-days risk free. If you don’t like how they function, we will happily give you your money back.
The 30-day risk free trial applies to 1 worn Mumba Bra only. You will need to post back your garment back at your own expense and a full refund excluding postage will be given.
No further refunds, credits or exchanges can be given on any additional worn garments.
Please complete the returns/exchange form included in your order and kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your issue.
We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing.
Once the garments are received back at our warehouse, we will process the return and the refund owed within 7-10 business days. Postage costs will be at your own expense and a full refund excluding postage will be paid back to the payment gateway that the customer used to purchase the order.

If you wish to exchange your order for another size, please complete the return/exchange form received with your order within 30 days of your order being dispatched. To be eligible for exchange, the item must be posted back in the original packaging with all tags intact.
Postage to return the original item(s) will be at the customer’s expense, we suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for the parcel if it goes missing. We will pay to send out the exchanged item(s).
The Mumba Family takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem.
If you have received a product that is deemed faulty we will honour replacements on faulty pairs for up to 60 days post purchase date. This excludes items on clearance or indicated as not perfect.
Please contact us at email@example.com to notify us of the fault and for further information on seeking a replacement item. We will require a clear photo of the item to assess the fault.
