How to use your Mumba Silicone Breast Pump

1. Sterilise your pump.
2. Place the pump on your breast, centring over your nipple.
3. Apply suction by squeezing the base of the pump. You made need to adjust a couple of times. (NOTE. Squeezing the pump at the top will disfigure the shape of the pump, causing weaker suction)
4. A top tip to stimulate your milk let down is to gently massage the top of your breast or place a warm flannel on your breast.
5. Once your milk begins to flow simply leave the pump and collect your milk.
6. When you’ve finished expressing simply release the pump and store your milk.

If collecting milk whilst your babies is feeding from the other breast. You can attach the pump in the same way.
